The Grand Ballroom- 


Entering from the Foyer the Grand Ballroom opens up to two-story tall columns which draw your eye to the ceiling with festive plaster relief details. Front and center is the stage where the wedding party can dine with a view to all the festivities.  The Ballroom floor is a suspended hardwood that allows you to dance the night away!


Arcadia Hall- 


While larger than the Grand Ballroom, Arcadia gives a more intimate feel with a lower ceiling and stone columns with flickering "candles". The Peacock Fountain and Fireplace add a quaint, old world charm to the space and is perfect for themed events.

Venue Rental includes:


  • Four-hour event time. Add an hour for an additional fee.

  • Event coordination by our experienced team.

  • Day before access for setup and decorating.

  • Grand Ballroom includes 60” round tables with seating for eight. Maximum capacity is 192.

  • Arcadia Hall includes 72” square tables with seating for ten. Maximum capacity is 230.



The Lodge Room-

Would you like to have your wedding ceremony at 32 West Eighth?  The Lodge Room is perfect for wedding ceremonies – its spacious floor, stately columns and plaster relief coffered ceiling adds an air of elegance to your wedding…and with the bride making her entrance down the staircase from the loft the guests and the groom left in awe!


Adding the Ceremony to your event adds an additional fee. This includes two hours the day before for rehearsal and decorating, access to dressing rooms two hours prior to the ceremony to dress, and continued access to the dressing rooms for the wedding party during the reception. Ceremony Rehearsal coordinated with your officiant and our events team is also included.
